The overall layout, design & distinctiveness of each decal design constitutes the exclusive trade dress of FDD2400 LLC.

We do not claim to own the rights to those graphics or restrict their reuse. We believe that all of the graphics sourced from those sites are open and not under copywrite restrictions. However, we neither provide nor imply any guaranty to their restrictions. In case the source owner of any of these graphics wishes them removed or altered, please contact us and they will be immediately removed.
Purchasing of FDD2400 LLC decals entitles you use them for your personal use only. We understand and consent to the use of the decals for private commissionable sales of painted miniatures to private third party individuals for their personal gaming use. They are not to be used, on models that will be used for advertising of sales of miniatures on third party sites, social media platforms and or physical catalogs without acknowledgment to FDD2400 LLC or only with prior express consent. This would include the decals not being used in connection with any other product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits FDD2400 LLC.
In general, all we ask is that you reference Flight Deck Decals in any social posts of either our decals and or our printed miniatures.
